Plot One of the best (and best known) Science Fiction films of the fifties. This is a tale of mounting suspicion and horror as Kevin McCarthy, resident of santa Mira, discovers an alien race (creatures encased in strange pods which froth and crack open) is creating duplicates of the townspeople and turning them into zombies.
